Fees for services rendered:
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment except American Express. Payment is due on the day of service. Returned checks will be assesed a $35 service charge.

Cancellation Policy:
Occasionally you may have to miss an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify me as soon as possible, at least 24 hours in advance, so that I might fill the hour. If there is 24 hour notice, you will not be charged. This is necessary because a professional time commitment has been set aside and held exclusively for you.

Reduced Fee:
Reduced fees are available on a limited basis, however the initial intake fee will be required. A reduced fee for active military personnel through Tricare will be honored (contact the office for details).

* Rates:
$120 per 50-minute session (intitial intake will be $150.00)
$70.00 per 30-minute session to include minimum for phone consultations.
Executive Coaching will be at a rate of $250.00 / 1.5 hours or negotiated monthly retainer

*If requested, as an affiliate of Family and Child Development, Emerald Coast Therapy will provide you with a statement should you wish to file a claim with your insurance carrier for benefits payable to the insured.
